Highlights

  • Colorado River frontage along AZ-95 between Parker and Earp, CA — a 16-mile stretch of BLM dispersed sites directly on the water, distinct from the Lake Havasu area 50 miles north
  • Parker is a full-service town: fuel, groceries, restaurants, dump station, and propane — easier resupply than the Havasu/Quartzsite corridor
  • River Island State Park and Buckskin Mountain SP immediately adjacent for hookup backup; dozens of boating, kayaking, and fishing access points along the strip

Planning Notes

Multiple BLM parcels along AZ-95 between Parker and Earp with flat river frontage. Some designated areas have $15/nt fee; others are free dispersed. Check BLM Parker Field Office (928-505-1200) for current paid vs. free zone boundaries. 14-day limit throughout. Summer temperatures exceed 115°F — October through April only. From Austin: ~14.5 hrs via I-10 W through Phoenix then I-10 to Blythe CA then AZ-95 S, or US-60 W through Wickenburg to AZ-95 N.
