Road / tire note: Dolan Creek Road is 36 miles of rough caliche — all-terrain or M+S tires strongly recommended. 4WD advised in wet conditions. Stock passenger-truck tires may struggle on the washboard and soft sections. Call the park before leaving Del Rio.
⚠️ This is one of the most remote parks in Texas. The 36-mile access road is rough and impassable when wet. No services for 36 miles. Cell signal: zero. Only trailers 22 ft and under should attempt the access road.
