Highlights

  • Verde River frontage in the heart of the Verde Valley — cottonwood-lined river corridors with bald eagles, black hawks, and the largest winter bald eagle concentration in the Southwest
  • Electric hookups available in a flat, shaded loop; paved access accommodates the largest trailers
  • Jerome ghost town (15 min), Tuzigoot NM (10 min), and Montezuma Castle NM (20 min) create a one-of-a-kind Verde Valley cultural-history day-trip radius

Planning Notes

127 sites; 77 with W/E hookups (30/50 amp). Paved access, flat, pull-throughs up to 65 ft. From Austin: ~13.5 hrs via I-10 W to Phoenix then I-17 N then AZ-260 W to Cottonwood. Pairs well with Mingus Mountain dispersed (30 min south) for a Verde Valley double-night loop.
