Planning Notes
NM 76 paved to FR 435 turnoff; FR 435 gravel, well-maintained when dry. Muddy after monsoon — verify conditions. No water. From Austin: ~8.5 hrs via I-25 N → Santa Fe → NM 503 → NM 76.
