Why this site is listed: The 100 primitive no-hookup sites ($14/nt) are the boondocking option — feel like real backcountry. The 25 electric sites ($28/nt) are included as a backup and for the unique Boquillas Mexico crossing and lower canyon access you can't get from the other two Big Bend campgrounds.

Planning Notes
Large sites accommodate rigs up to 45ft. No-hookup sites are first-come. Hot spring trail (1 mi RT) leads to thermal pool in the Rio Grande. Nature center on-site.
